I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Interior Decorating. My business began in 1978 after having taken an Upholstery Course by correspondence. I have since completed various classes and instructional webinars to improve and enhance my knowledge in the field of design and fabrication. While raising a family of 3 children, I continued to work at perfecting my sewing and designing skills through many years of practice, training and trial and error. After 31 years of experience as a profressional upholsterer and window treatment specialist, I feel confident that our staff can work with you to create your dreams to make your home or office a more beautiful and pleasing place to dwell and entertain."Designs by Mary is dedicated to providing quality products with outstanding details.
