Almost completely ruined my vacation....booked a ride months in advance. The bus stopped and driver got out and said "Bus is full" then got back on and drove off with no explanation/apology....

The place has changed and it's clean . The staff is very nice and will answer all your questions.

I'm mean it's Greyhound so yeah..... It sucks. Worse that they'll cancel a trip and then won't refund your money.
