I really enjoy coming here. I had lunch by myself and was totally comfortable. The staff and patrons are all very friendly and engaging. Today I had the burger and fries with a Bloody Mary.

Franklin House in Valparaiso is one of my favorite dive bars to hit up when I'm in town visiting friends. Fun vibes, tasty drinks, and solid food. Karaoke? A total blast. Games? Plenty to bring...

Townie bar that allows smoking indoors. The indoor smoking is kind of neat but can be rough in the winter when all of the smokers are stuck inside. Staff are quick and attentive. Beers are cold.

Franklin House is a great bar to grab a bite and drink. Their food is consistent and has a variety of options. As about the secret menu for some meals similar to some fast food favorites.
