J. Kaleb Moore, MD, completed his medical degree at University of Louisville and family medicine residency at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. While at IU Health, Dr. Moore went on a mission trip to Talek, Kenya. Dr. Moore has special interests in obesity medicine, LGBTQIA health, pediatrics and medical missions. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time reading, traveling, cooking, and all things food and outdoor activities.

Mica Metz, DO received a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology from Indiana University and a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training at Deaconess Family Medicine Residency in Evansville, Indiana. She has a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, tennis, reading, IU basketball and playing with her two dogs.
