Dr. Reddy Pallavala received her medical training from Sri Ventakeswara Medical College in Tirupati, India. Following graduation, she moved to the United Kingdom and worked for 18 months as a senior house officer in pediatrics. After moving to the United States, she completed her internship at University Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Pallavala then completed her pediatric residency at Iowa Children’s Hospital in Iowa City. She joined Community Physician Network in 2014. Dr. Pallavala and her husband, an endocrinologist also at Community, have two young children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and listening to music. As a family, they enjoy traveling and visiting new places.

Dr. Booth was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and obtained his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After three years of general surgery training, Dr. Booth completed the Family Medicine Residency program at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Pinnacle Health, in Harrisburg, PA. After that, he was in private practice in Meadville, PA before moving to the Indianapolis area. As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Booth enjoys seeing patients of all ages with a special interest in preventive care. Dr. Booth is married with three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and snow skiing. As a big football fan, he cheers on Penn State and the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Dr. Rachael Meadows, born in California, grew up in Missouri. She graduated as high school valedictorian, then graduated summa cum laude from Missouri State University with a degree in cell and molecular biology. She attended medical school at The University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Meadows completed her pediatric residency at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Since 2008, she has been in private practice in Greenwood, providing care to children from birth through college-age. As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Meadows enjoys caring for children with a variety of medical concerns and working with families to help their children stay healthy. She particularly enjoys seeing children develop over many years of check-ups. In her personal life, Dr. Meadows enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband Alex and their daughter Fiona.
