Very horrible customer service no enthusiasm no greeting when you walk in makes the ambience unnoticeable because of the lack of attention towards the customer

Biscoff tres leches was delicious! Cookies are always good and fresh. Recommend the pineapple whip!

The cookies are good when they're actually made well. Half the time they are made terribly. Don't usually have this problem at the valpo location.
