Founded in 1980, Bowen Center is a private, nonprofit community mental health center accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Very high turnover rate for doctors. Takes awhile to find a good doctor there and you might get to see them for a year and they quit. Then you have to go through 3 or 4 doctors who don't seem to...

Bowen Center began its professional operation in March, 1961 as the Four County Mental Health Clinic offering outpatient psychiatric care to residents. The company is a private not-for-profit, comprehensive community mental health center that has the license from the State of Indiana Division of Mental Health. Located in Columbia City, Ind., the center has received accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
