Went through drive through with no other cars in line. Three times we asked the cashier to make sure there was ketchup in the bag. They told us to pull forward and wait for them to bring the food...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. I ordered a Beef and Cheddar today at about 5:25 pm. The sandwich was in take out and when I got home an open the wrapping, half of the beef was outside the bun and there must of been about 5 Oz....

I've only come to this location two or three times but literally every time they ask me to pull ahead! Even if I'm the only person in line. This is a poorly run and mismanaged location. Completely...
