The hospital offers a range of services that includes X-ray, mammography and dental care solutions. In addition, it provides physical, speech and occupational therapy services. Evansville State Hospital offers training sessions for community reintegration, social skills development, and medication and anger management. The hospital includes a 165-plus-bed facility for mentally retarded and geriatric and medically fragile patients. It also administers the Helping Hands program.
