Wilson Care

Wilson Care is an intermediate care facility that features more than 190 beds for chronically mentally ill patients. The facility offers crisis intervention, assessment, nursing, psychiatric rehabilitation, and medication, nutrition and dietary management services. It administers the MISA program, which serves substance abusers. Wilson Care also organizes outings to restaurants and museums. The facility provides individual, group, marital and family therapies, as well as access to a variety of groups to address issues, such as communication skills and money and symptom management. In addition, it offers a buffet-style dining option. Wilson Care accepts insurance plans from several organizations, including Medicaid and Medicaid.
