Weil Foot & Ankle is committed to exceeding your expectations. We treat all types of conditions, injuries and pain in the foot and ankle. Our Lincoln Park office is located on the 6th floor. Parking (validated up to 1 hour) is available in the parking garage. From heel pain, to bunions, to custom orthotics, to suspected fractures, we do it all. We have physical therapy, on-site x-ray and same day appointments available.

Dr. Baker, a Fellowship Trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon, is accepting new patients! Dr. Jeffrey Baker is a Foot & Ankle Surgeon at Weil Foot & Ankle. Originally from Albany, NY, Dr. Baker moved to Chicago in 2003. He is a 1992 graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, with a degree in Athletic Training and Cardiovascular Health and Exercise. While there, he also played four years of varsity soccer. In 2000, Dr. Baker graduated from the now-Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgery residency at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 2003.

Bilal Siddiqui, DPM

Dr. Bilal Siddiqui is a board-certified podiatrist with Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. Dr. Siddiqui had a multi-cultural upbringing. Raised in the Middle East and attending school internationally, Dr. Siddiqui learned to appreciate, respect, and value different cultural backgrounds at an early age. This background has allowed him to connect with many patients and understand their sensitive cultural needs. Dr. Bilal Siddiqui graduated with a bachelor's in integrative biology from the University of Toronto, then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Monica Dabul, PT DPT

Monica A Dabul, PT, DPT has 10 years of clinical experience and she joined the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute in 2022. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine and Science in 2011 and has practiced in the outpatient orthopedic setting since. Monica has vast experience in treating conditions of the lower extremity and has worked closely with surgeons to optimize patient outcomes. She enjoys working with athletes of all kinds, but her primary focus is in treating the performing arts population which includes cheerleaders, gymnasts, figure skaters and dancers.
