My car was having a basic detail last visit but they forgot the backseat cleaning. They honored it this visit with a complementary detail and wash. Very nice and I'm very appreciative!

Decent but fairly standard $17 upgraded carwash. Was glad the dryer did manage to get most of the water off so there weren't a ton of spots to clean off the exterior.

Poor job drying the car. When it first opened, there were employee after the wash to hand dry the car, so inferior drier wasn't an issue. Now, only offered if you get interior cleaned as well. Gas...

I frequent Highland Park location as I live nearby, however Northbrook location does a much better job. Drive through itself is longer, giving your car more time in the wash. Not a huge bother...
