The Rogers Park Community Council, now known as Northside Community Resources (NCR), has been serving the North Side of Chicago since 1952. NCR's mission is to build and strengthen communities among the diverse populations of Chicago's North Side, offering programs such as the Small Accessibility Repairs for Seniors Housing Program, Multicultural Resource Program, Senior Services, and Fair Housing Program. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, NCR has been providing services both onsite and remotely, and their office has reopened on a limited basis by appointment only. They also offer online educational workshops through Zoom.com.
