Memorial Rehab Services serves patients who also receive care from Neurology, Neurosurgery, Occupational Medicine, and Rehabilitation. We work with patients in the hospital and in outpatient settings. Our staff include experts in all forms of rehabilitation, and we work closely with community physician experts to diagnose, treat and research all aspects of neuromuscular conditions. We hold community outreach programs, and are available to provide professional education seminars on a variety of topics. We have specialized neurologic care units, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation, home rehabilitation services, and a broad range of outpatient neurodiagnostic and therapy services in multiple clinic locations.

As a 25-bed critical access hospital, Lincoln Memorial Hospital provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to the residents of Lincoln, Illinois, and the surrounding area. LMH is part of Memorial Health, a community-based, non-profit organization that delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in support of our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. Memorial also provides behavioral health, home care, hospice and primary care services in Lincoln.
