Extremely rude employee. Every single time I have to ship something out, if the machine is not working and I have to use help of this particular one gentleman, there is always something....

Packages get lost here, watch them scan yours in and get a receipt. Don't put it in one of the mailboxes for packages...

I mailed a letter first class from the Winnetka Il USPS lobby kiosk 3 weeks ago to my sister's home in CIncinnati, where she has lived for 30 years, and she has yet to receive it! I thought it had...
