Frank Brainerd, the founder, and his family moved to Barrington at a time when it was just a budding community. Frank started Barrington Heating & Air Conditioning out of a small shop. He kept two goals in mind: taking care of Barrington area residents' indoor comfort and their all around safety. As time went on, Frank was joined in business by his son Ken, and his son-in-law, Greg. They continued for many years to operate the business as a family. Barrington Heating & Air Conditioning is still a family owned company. Greg Cole, Frank Brainerd's son-in-law is the current President. Greg's main focus continues to follow what Frank's main focuses were in 1967. Our technicians specialize in repairing, installing, and replacing residential heating and air conditioning systems and components. All of our technicians are certified heating and air conditioning specialists, who are trained to help you with any preventative maintenance, repairs, or installation needs that you may have. We back all of our maintenance, service, and installation work with warranties. We promise that our customers are never left without comfort and assistance no matter what time of the day.
