Really frustrating experience. I went through the State Farm app, and requested a tow at 9:30 from my home to a local Firestone for 1:30, and someone finally showed up at 7:40.

been waiting 7 hrs for a tow, not answering the phone, left a voicemail and no call back no nothing, just spam text about 7 different ETA's, if you can't take the tow don't accept the dispatch!!!!
