I went in to transfer my phone over from the old Apple to the new. I arrived at 6:35 and they were quick to tell us if your transfer isn't done with us you have to leave the phones with us. Funny...

horrible and rude staff and experience. 6 employees on the floor , 1 working and 5 playing around and talking then trying to help 1 employee while about 12 people were waiting for help.
