Sunset Food Mart is a family-owned supermarket offering a wide selection of food, liquor, floral and other items. Founded in 1937, the supermarket s floral department offers a variety of bouquets, arrangements and fresh cut flowers for any occasion. Its catering managers offers party consultation services that includes designing a theme and a customized menu. It offers custom-decorated cakes, apple pies, pastries and cookies, salads, sandwiches, meat, and fruit and vegetable trays. It also offers specialty equipment, such as chaffing dishes, coolers, insulated food carriers and decorative baskets. Sunset Food Mart has stores throughout Illinois in Highland Park, Lake Forest, Libertyville and Northbrook. It supports more than 300 local organizations each year by participating in fundraising activities, sponsoring a variety of events and making monetary donations.
