Ordered a pick-up order and they didn't bother using the "convenient order pick-up kiosk rack". I waited in line for 10 minutes before they told me my sandwich was waiting up by the register......

Don't ever go to this subway. The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. First off don't ever bring a coupon in this location. They don't seem to honor them even if the sandwich isn't listed...

The staff dont speak enlglish, dont know how to make sandwiches. Dont have daily specials , dont accept coupons or promotions. Bathrooms dont work. One of the ceiling fans is a out of wack. Dont...
