Steitz's Resort is a century old family run resort on the beautiful south shore of Bluff Lake. One of the oldest remaining family run businesses on the Chain O' Lakes. Steitz's beginnings started as a small hunting and fishing resort offering boat and cabin rentals. Our operation expanded to include a bar and restaurant in 1938. In 1968, a full service marina was added providing inside storage as well as boat repairs and pier rentals. In 1989 John Steitz, the fourth generation of Steitz, took over the family business and added annual RV site rentals along with finest dining experience on the Chain O' Lakes. The Hitler quote at the bar. This is a hard pass. Not to mention their bathroom was DISGUSTING. I can only imagine how dirty their kitchen is.
