Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.

I am lactose intolerant but I swear to you I will risk it all for a Steak 'n Shake Milkshake. To date I haven't had one better... that is all.

Great food- quick and hot. Even delivered to table! Enjoyed the shoestring fries and onion rings. Clean flies and restroom- trash cans empty and not running over. Definitely coming back
