I was surprised to find a Spirit Halloween in the former Rue 21 location at Old Orchard. Sorry to post this on Halloween -- this was a great location filled with lots of fun merch. I don't know...

If I could give a 0 I would. I Bought something here that was broken fresh out of the bag and when I tried to return it or atleast exchange it for one that wasn't broken not only did they refuse...
