Since the inception of Southern Illinois Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery LTD in 1988, our goal has been to provide the most comfortable care possible in a relaxing environment. Located in Belleville, IL, Drs. Hesterberg & Breda manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Drs. Hesterberg & Breda practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with proficiency ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. Procedures include: Wisdom teeth, Dental Implants, Bone Grafting, Oral Pathology, TMJ Disorders, Facial Trauma, Sleep Apnea. Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
