He specializes in structural heart interventions, including TAVR, MitraClip, TMVR, and LAAO procedures for atrial fibrillation. Robert A. Iaffaldano, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with advanced expertise in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. Gregory P. Macaluso, MD is a board-certified cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, specializing in advanced heart failure, transplant cardiology, and LVAD (heart pump) therapy. Trained at Loyola and Advocate Lutheran General, Dr. Macaluso has extensive expertise in managing complex cardiac conditions, including preserved ejection fraction heart failure.
