Sadly, this is no longer owned by Rose and it shows. Lighting is dark, light shields missing, some spots look unclean, the drying table left abandoned in the corner -- this place looks like it's...

The owner (and quite frankly everyone there) is so sweet and they always do a wonderful job! Walked in a few times and was done and out the door in a flash! Support this local business!
