At FIA, we agressively negotiate coverages to provide our clients with the lowest price and broadest coverage available. My agent was integrially involved in our claim. he guided the company claim department through numerous meetings, phone conversations, and onsite visits. Ultimately, the claim was paid at full replacement cost, and we were even compensated for time on some of the labor we did ourselves.
