Today the knob completely came off; so much for the $165 repair I will now have to purchase a new handle and pay to have it installed when I wanted to keep the beautiful original handle

Seamless experience - our locksmith JW was incredibly prompt professional, and timely in his services. Would highly recommend! From calling to arriving was about 30 minutes which was so helpful.
