The Original Pompei Restaurant on Taylor street features Italian Food served in a "fast-casual"atmosphere. Pompei features Appetizers, Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Soups and Desserts. There is plenty of parking along the street, and behind the restaurant. Pompei offers dine-in, carry out, delivery, catering and private banquet rooms. All food and desserts are made fresh daily from over 100 year old family recipes. Located close to the United Center, UIC Pavillion and RUMC, Pompei can accommodate large parties, last minute. Reservations are not required. Pompei is Family owned and operated and has been since 1909.
