Rockford Memorial Hospital is a 390-plus-bed tertiary care hospital. Rockford Health Physicians is managed by a group of more than 70 primary and specialty doctors at seven locations throughout the Illinois region. Van Matre HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital is a 35-plus-bed inpatient hospital that offers a full range of rehabilitation services. The Visiting Nurses Association provides a variety of home health care services to people of all ages. The Rockford Memorial Development Foundation raises funds in support of the Rockford Health System mission. The Rockford Health System offers a full continuum of services, ranging from wellness and preventive services to primary, outpatient, hospital and home care services.
