Pet food is very expensive. I would say on 5 or more occasions employees have help me get the best deals. Every other pet store I go to this never happens. Including other pet supply plus stores....

Ordered a dog crate for delivery. They went out of their way to deliver great service. Love this place.

They have discounted price tags that match the description of items but will NOT sale you the item for the sale price. This is unacceptable and do not make sense
