History

Start Smiling Dental Implant Centers initially started as Chicagoland Implant Specialists. However, we started to see patients not only from all over the US, but from around the world. It was becoming a trend to correct failed implants, massive bone loss, holes in patients' sinuses that were penetrated by dental implants. With the high demand of Dr. Paul Petrungaro's expertise in functional and esthetic results, and 30 years of being an expert and a pioneer in his field, we discovered we needed to expand ourselves in order to be able to accommodate and change the lives of patients all over the nation. Dr. Paul Petrungaro is currently licensed in Illinois and Washington State, but is expanding coast to coast from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA, as well as globally in South America. Currently his main practice is located in Chicago, but Dr. Paul mentors his peers who have been under his watch and guidance for years in other states to help change the life of every patient he can.
