We stopped by for a coffee. They sold us the coffee, but all of the coffee dispensers were empty. Finally, the girl told us they would make some! Fifteen minutes later, I went up to check on it....

What's the point of ordering ahead in your slick app when you end up having to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through to pick it up?
