Great food. Not quick service but it was nice to not feel rushed. Ambiance was ok. Nothing fancy but that's ok! I'd return!

Sad, I wanted to like Pagliai's, but I would not return. I might consider takeout pizza as the pizza was good, but would not eat there. It was an early dinner, we were one of three tables....

Great food. Good lighting / decor. Everyone is friendly and good service. Very busy so shows it is popular.

Sat down and waited 20 minutes to get a menu. Ordered 10 minutes later got our appetizer and drinks. 30 minutes they came to give us refills. 20 minutes later still did not have our drinks back...
