Price gouging! Make sure you get quotes before they do any work. Had a cable snap on an overhead door, called them out to do the work. They came out said we need to pickup some parts for the job....

Communication about the time to work was good. The company came out and did the job. My frustration is I didn't get a price up front. It only took him about 15 to 20 minutes to fix the cable....
