This is an excellent gym, with the best part being their amazing pool. They have very good yoga, pilates and other group fitness classes.

It's a shame this facility has not been maintained and upgraded to better compete with other facilities in the area. Still use FM broadcast for accessing TV programs on numerous exercise...
