We get to our room after being charged for the upgrade. And the first thing that was noticed was a cockroach. Then go to attempt to turn on the lights by the bed and none of them work. Turned on...

We didn't have issues with bugs like other reviews mentioned, but it was also not a good stay. The bathroom had mildew/mold that should be handled. The towel bar was broken off and never replaced....
