Memorial Rehab Services serves patients who also receive care from Neurology, Neurosurgery, Occupational Medicine, and Rehabilitation. We work with patients in the hospital and in outpatient settings. Our staff include experts in all forms of rehabilitation, and we work closely with community physician experts to diagnose, treat and research all aspects of neuromuscular conditions. We hold community outreach programs, and are available to provide professional education seminars on a variety of topics. We have specialized neurologic care units, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation, home rehabilitation services, and a broad range of outpatient neurodiagnostic and therapy services in multiple clinic locations.

Memorial Imaging Center on West Weaver offers comprehensive diagnostic imaging services for: - Computed Tomography (CT) - Diagnostic X-Rays - Digital Screening Mammography - Lung Cancer Screening - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - Open MRI (available at Memorial Imaging Center in Decatur) - Wide Bore MRI (available at Memorial Imaging Center in Forsyth) - Ultrasound - DMH Heart Score - Screening Packages Accredited by The American College of Radiology for Mammography, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and Lung Cancer Screening.

Urgent care services at Memorial Care provides fast and affordable healthcare seven days a week with hassle-free walk-in appointments. It is the perfect alternative when your primary care provider is not available or your case doesn't call for a trip to the Emergency Department. Urgent care, Lab and Imaging open daily 8 am to 8:00 pm.
