Mo was very helpful and not pushy at all about doing needed services. I love the way they inspect your car, and send a picture report of things needing service and the amount of money to do it....

My relative was materially ripped off by this shop. The spark plug replacement with coils cost him $1K and, additionally, they wanted to replace his timing chain for $2K (a chain, not a belt!)....

No longer Northshore Motor Works. It is now a typical Meineke chain garage that overcharges for parts and labor. They will try to con you into paying for things you don't need. Do yourself a favor...
