I've been going to this McDonalds before and after their remodel. I've yet to get French fries that aren't the bottom of the basket hard little part of a fry. At first I thought it was my bad...

The food was cold after a 25 minute wait. No napkins, ketchup, ranch, and missing a soda. The staff seemed to avoid eye contact- maybe they're understaffed? Happiest employee was the one...

I am ruined forever by this McDonald's location is pathetic. It is terrible. The service is subpar. They locked the bathroom and make you ask up front. if every McDonald's in America ran like this...
