dLittle Angels, founded in 1958, is a nonprofit organization that provides nursing care services to children and adults suffering from cognitive and physical disabilities. It is a 57-bed facility that offers a wide range of services, such as early intervention, sensory stimulation, developmental training, and housekeeping and laundry services. Little Angels undertakes a variety of special education programs that provide educational services to patients between the ages of 3 to 21. The rehabilitation services offered by the organization include physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also organizes a variety of recreational activities that include bowling, movie, book reading, outings, plays, concerts, festivals and sporting events. Little Angels is located in Elgin, Ill.
