They had to compound a special drug for a family member. They were polite and courteous. I would use them again as they are a specialty pharmacy.

Edit: I've been there a bunch of time since, and the mean lady no longer works with customers. Without having to deal with her this place is great. Changing my review from 2 stars to 5.
