Change the hours of operation. Why in the world do y'all close at 9:00pm on a Friday night and 7:00pm on Saturday/Sunday? That's terrible for someone like me who gets off work late and want to go...

I worked out at the LA Fitness in Tinley Park tonight. This is a signature club that members pay more money for. The locker room was filthy and smelled. See pictures.

The pool is always cold Very very cold! I called early in the day asking them to heat the pool. I was told 1) last week the heater was broken (no one mentioned that to us when we were freezing)....
