Kankakee County Animal Control and Adoption Center is a self-funded agency in Kankakee, IL, dedicated to preventing the spread of rabies and promoting animal health and welfare. Originally a hold and kill facility, KCAC now serves as an adoption center, re-homing hundreds of dogs and cats annually.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My dog cam back 21 lbs lighter with a scared nose and sores on his legs. Malnourished and thirsty. He had a 104 temp and they lied reporting he was fine...
