I would avoid JKG at all costs. We also went with them for our 203k loan and spent a large amount of money with them. We're talking a years salary for most people! We had several projects done...

Stay away! We too hired JK Goldberg construction and they turned out to be shady, unprofessional and unethical! They lied about pulling permits and started work without them. They do not pay...
