First time at a Jimmy John's. The floor was not appetizing what so ever. It was sticky and I will be wiping my shoes off very thoroughly. It smelt really weird in there, there was a sign outside...

Manager is unkind and not accommodating We didn't leave with food, they ran out of bread.

ordered a meal did not show up called them i cancelled the order now they dont want to issue a refund very poor customer service

Not good at all. Service was good and employees were understaffed. Orders were mixed up and were out of bread. Bathroom was disgusting
