Before moving into wedding and commercial photography, I was a full-time staff photojournalist at Pioneer Press Newspapers in Chicago (2000-2009). I started photographing weddings part-time in 2002, and then full-time in 2009.

Hello! I'm a Chicago-based wedding and commercial photographer, available for assignments both locally and abroad. I help my clients relive their day, share their story, and keep a piece of the experience. Whether your wedding is traditional or quirky, epic or intimate, local or halfway across the world, my role is to be the calm within the storm, and guarantee that your photos will serve as a gateway to that moment in time. I accomplish this by searching for moments and capturing the day as it happens. This comes from my years as a full-time news photographer, and that experience shapes my approach to each and every wedding. Together with your personality, vision and creativity, I will ensure that your wedding is captured, printed, and beautifully expressed for generations to come.
