I started work as an licensed architect mostly designing homes. It was in the 1970's. I started buying lots and building houses for sale on them. As the market changed, I started renovation work both on homes I bought and for customers. I started Oak Park Renovations in 2004 doing this sort of work including additions, basements, decks, baths, and kitchens.
