This was a fantastic class. The instructor was very experienced and intuitive and geared the class towards the needs of the students. It's also a beautiful space! Highly recommended.

Kirsten is one of the best teachers I've had. She challenges you but also puts you at complete ease. Not to mention the fact that most of the money she earns is donated. Come, relax, and feel good...
