I was calling from 500 miles away to have a delivery made locally in the Hyde Park area, having no prior experience with this florist. I ordered a "hand tied" (no vase) bouquet to be delivered...

The floral arrangement delivered is no where near what is depicted on the website! For the cost, the arrangement looks ridiculous and unsatisfactory!!
